Help me find that one Lolita fashion movie? [ SOLVED, THANKS! ]

I have recently been watching documentaries about about Lolita fashion, as well as re-watched Kamikaze Girls for the 100th time, and found myself thinking about a post I saw sometime ago on Tumblr. The post was talking about a movie starting a girl who "wants to be a french doll" and is a Sweet Lolita. Then she meets her "prince" who is some guy who says he "only likes strong girls" or something, so she starts lifting weights and stuff.
I only saw the Trailer for it, so I am not sure if it ever got produced into a full feature film. Does anyone know what I am talking about? ^^"" If so, would you happen to know the name of the film? I've already looked under the media tag and couldn't find it.
