Japonica Market - Package lost in the mail

I bought a blouse on Yahoo!Jp via Japonica Market a few weeks ago. After weeks of waiting for it to arrive at the Tokyo office, I receive an email from Yoshiyuki saying that the package was lost in the mail due to "mistake of the post office," and the order for that item has been canceled. I emailed him asking if I will be refunded, but he has not replied.

Has anyone else been in this situation with Japonica, and if so, do they tend to refund you? Thanks.
