I chickened out: First time wearing lolita(to school)

I had made a coordinate, and I chickened out.
I don't own anything Lolita specific, so I tried to put an outfit together(I have three skirts that i think are appropriate for lolita) Either way, I want your opinions on the coordinate and how I could improve it, I'm also posting pictures of my loli-esque(or maybe it's dolly kei) outfit too!
