How do I open this bag? OTL - solved -

So after the long hunt, I've finally go BTSSB's Chandelier print purse in my hands.
The thing is... it seems to be locked close and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to open it.
I've never seen this type of latch before and even my grandma has no idea.
Someone please help ;A ;
