Doubts With Taobao Lolita Stores!! (=´° ^ °`=)

Hello! I'm new around here on LiveJournal! do not really know what this is! but the reason why I registered on this page is for this community interested me and I have a big question! It's the first time I buy on Taobao, and I would like to purchase my first Lolita dress ... I could see that all are very friendly, so ... could be my Sempais?(^w^) I wonder which of these two shops in taobao is more reliable to get this dress in better quality ... or maybe I should buy another dress in "Dear Celine"?
