Need Help Identifying a Dress~

I've edited out the lovely Lolita in the photo for courtesy, it was on tumblr. I need this dress in my life, can anyone PLEASE tell me what brand it is from or where I can get it? It's exactly what I've been looking for for ages!

EDIT: Mystery partly solved, it does seem to be two separate pieces, further investigation of her tumblr has revealed her wearing both pieces separately. A good place to buy a decent sailor fuku would now be appreciated!
