Sizing Question

It's listed as a size 2 and has an 84 centimeter bust. But no waist is listed. It doesn't seem to have shirring, but does lace up in the back. Is there anyone that owns this dress who can tell me the max waist on it?

I really want it for an event, but if it won't fit I'll need to find a back up.
