juliette et justine feerie measurements

Hi! I want to buy a dress from jj, "feerie". But I was wondering if I can fit in the size one, cause my waist is 70cm and the measurement listed is 68cm. The size 2 will be too big on the bust for me!
Can someone who own that jsk take a better measurement?
