BTSSB Issues

My fiance ordered me a JSK on March 2 (We got the order confirmation) and when we did not hear from them within the seven day he emailed them for the payment info so we could pay but instead of sending us the info they asked for our shipping address again which they already had the correct info. He emailed them again with the address and asked again for the payment info. They haven't responded and its been a few days (Four days). We were hoping to get the JSK by my birthday next week for a party but I'm very worried I wont get it in time. This is our first time ordering with BABY and I'm curious if anyone else is having issues like this. I've read some of the other posts about payment issues but in those cases the customers had already gotten BABY payment info.

The JSK was listed in the Winter sale and is no longer on the site which makes me worried I may never get it and it was my dream dress. What should we do?  I understand they are  very busy but how come they haven't given us the payment info by now? Its all very confusing for us.  When did you get your payment info? Did you wait until after the seven days?
