My not so pleasant experience with them
I have ordered and paid for 5 wigs in January, they got here really quickly, they were beautiful, but they sent me just 4 wigs out of the 5. I immediately e-mailed them, and asked for the missing wig. I thought they will just send it, and everything will be fine - but they said it’s “out of stock” (mind you it says on their website that their stock of that particular wig is about 900 units), and they refunded me without any question. Of course they simply forgot to refund me the cost of shipping which I paid for (and then rised the wig’s price on their website) I told them that if that one wig I ordered is out of stock, they can send me another one (same style-different color) Of course the different colored one was also suddenly out of stock(900+ in stock on their website at the time)
This was the point where I got really upset, congratulated them on selling more than 1800 wigs of the same style within a few days, and asked them to refund the price of shipping so I can order my wig again. To this email, they managed to answer- let me quote - “please don’t angry”, so obviously I got angry and opened a paypal dispute. Fortunately they paid it within a few days, so finally I thought I will be able to get what I ordered.
This happened in February, when they had the chinese new year celebration, so I had to wait 2 more weeks to order again, but honestly this is not their fault. I ordered the missing wig again, and one more wig (because tbh at least they are really beautiful), and I wrote them another message:
If any of the wigs are out of stock, please do NOT refund me, I am willing
to wait for the stock to arrive.Please ship them out in 1 package.”
I got a shipping notification on February 18.And then I waited, but my order did not arrive… So I had to write to them again (March 6) and asked for a tracking number. This is what they answered:
“hi,my dear friend
i contact our shipping agent just now.they said your parcel was been lost on the way to your country .
do you want us resend or refund?
look forward your reply
That is not how shipping works. If you have sent something with Registered Airmail, you get a tracking number and things do NOT get lost, because you can track them. If you have sent it without tracking, you do NOT know if it got lost. It could be at the customs or at one of the post offices, So basically I have a feeling they just didn’t sent me anything. Of course I asked them to send my order again asap. (I never ever said to them that I want a refund)
What do you think they answered to this? SORRY THE WIGS ARE OUT OF STOCK. Yes, once again, they miraculously sold hundreds of wigs in one day!

Once again, without any question (after I have repeatedly told them I do NOT want a refund) they refunded me.
This happened today,and now I got really really sick of them. but I still need the wigs for the con next month, and there are no other shops where I could order them. So honestly I don’t know what to do now.
All in all, they are really horrible at dealing with problems, even worse at english than me, and don’t care for their customers at all. The wigs are really nice, but I still can’t say I would recommend them, because if they make a mistake in your order, then you will never get it, and if you want a full refund, then you will definietly have to open a paypal dispute. And, because of the currency differences, I lost money when they refunded me 3 times.
Customer service: 1/5, just because they at least answered in time
