Lolita wardrobe question

Hi! I have a question. When do you find a lolita wardrobe small, medium sized or big?
For me, it is something like this:

small wardrobe: 1-4 Main pieces (like ops, jsks, skirts. not of each type but 4 in total)
medium: 5-14 main pieces
big 15 and over

Just curious whether people agree, or not at all? Thanks in advance if you reply
