Misako Aoki's New "Japan Lolita Association"?
Misako Aoki posted a link on Twitter to what appears to be her latest project, called "Japan Lolita Association". The page (pretty sparse still) talks a little about potentially expanding to other countries, appointing worldwide kawaii ambassadors (?), and providing a network of information, news, and contests:

I think this could potentially be a interesting way to interact with communities in other countries? It even mentions how there's a membership card, which I thought was kind of cute. Do you think something like this could succeed outside Japan? What would that look like?
