I've got a dilemma and I'm not exactly sure how to handle this since I never been in this situation before.
My best friend bought me an innocent world bag that I've wanted for a while for christmas.
However, since she's new to buying things online she didn't not check her tracking until now.
Apparently what happened is that they tried to deliver the package to her house but there was never any notice about it.
They sent back to Japan since no one picked it up and Innocent World received it.
We're not exactly sure what to do now.
Do we email innocent world about the situation? And pay for shipping again? Or do we get a refund for it?
Also, could someone give me innocent world's email. I can't find it on the site.

But they never left a notice or even rang the door since my friend's father always stays home because of a medical condition. Nor they did not try more than once.]
