AP international site question

I'm curious: Does AP update their international shopping site on a regular basis (certain days/times), or just randomly? If so, does anyone know when? A google search turned up nothing useful, and I'd really like to know in case there's an item that I really want to get.

Slightly off-topic extra question: How many of each item are put on the international site? It seems like stuff on the international site sells out really quickly, as if the site only had one of each item to begin with.
