Review: Lisa/Rosaire's Shopping Service
I recently used Lisa's Japan Shopping Service to buy a couple things for myself.
Lisa's commission fees are very reasonable, and her transportation fees are, too! She splits the 1500yen transport fee between all the people she's buying for on a given day, so you often don't have to pay very much.
Recently I bought a pair of Angelic Pretty socks off mbok (commission fee 5% or 500yen, whichever is greater), and a bag from Closet Child Shinjuku (commission fee 7% or 700 yen, whichever is greater) from Lisa. I paid a very low transport fee for my bag from Closet Child, because Lisa was also shopping for herself and some other customers that day. : )

The packaging is very good quality and sturdy. My items were safely protected inside.
Inside she has covered everything in a tissue paper so it wouldn't move around and get banged up during shipping.
She wrapped my items in a cute Angelic Pretty bag!
Inside the bag are my Fancy Box socks from mbok, in great condition.
And my LP bag from Closet Child, also in great condition.
She also included some very cute free gifts for me!
Overall my experience was very positive with Lisa and I will be using her again, hopefully very soon for an Angelic Pretty release.
Shipping: 5/5 It was fast and effective. She held my socks for me until I bought something else (the bag) and then shipped them both together very quickly, only a couple days after the bag was purchased! very swift and convenient.
Communication: 5/5 I'm able to contact Lisa all the time through both Facebook and iMessage (as we are both iPhone users, and the service is free). I have never had an issue with her neglecting to respond to me.
Packaging: 5/5 As you can see, everything was very safely packaged.
Commission: 5/5 ESPECIALLY the 5% fee for online is extremely reasonable. Japonica Market charges about the same for mbok orders, but they don't mark down for customs anymore, whereas Lisa will if you understand and accept the risks of her doing so. I need this courtesy very often, since customs in Canada charges about 50% of the item value in taxes.
Overall: 5/5 She's the best shopping service I've used since chibi_tenshi, and I will continue to use her.
