Angelic Pretty Cat's Tea Party: My order has not shipped yet

I ordered this set back in September through AP Japan's english store and it was supposed to ship out sometime last month but it has not. I know my payment went through and everything since it says the payment is confirmed.

I thought I would ask here first to see if anyone has gotten theirs yet or not before I try emailing them.
