Help with a ring

So, I recently received my big order from Bodyline!  However, the only bad thing was the fact that the ring was broken.

I'm not blaming Bodyline, since I've seen other ring reviews with it intact so I'm blaming the shipping process or customs, since my order was stuck in the customs office for quite awhile.

Has this happened to anyone else before and is there a way to fix it?
