Mini Top Hats: Yay or Nay?
For some time now I have been seeing somewhat of a shift in head dress in the past year. It seems more and more Mini Top Hats are popping up all over the place. They seem to have kicked the gigantic head bows butt and sent it packing! Well, at least for now however ;D
Anyways, my point is...To Top or not to Top? Personally, I think with the right look they look amazing. I have a mini, but I also have a full sized one that I made myself and I prefer the El regularo on myself. But what really concerns me about these mini's is the growing popularity. Higher demand means lesser and lesser quality, and we go from looking like mini's to looking like a fabric covered toilet paper roll slapped on the top of someones head.
To further prove my point and give examples I did a quick search on Etsy or "mini top hats" and this is what I found...

Not so bad right? I didn't't think so. Then I saw these...
