Looking for lolitas living in Osaka/Kyoto area

Hi there! I'm hoping someone can help me out - I've been looking all over the internet for a community or way to contact the international lolita community in Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto) area of Japan but I haven't found anything yet.

If anyone knows if there is such a community and how to contact them (links to a forum or facebook group) I would really appreciate it. I'm studying in the area and would love to make some new frilly friends in Japan. Thanks in advance for any advice! :)
