Regarding the recent release of the Baby, the Stars Shine Bright x Disney's Alice in Wonderland collection, the company recently announced that since it was a collaboration between Disney Japan and Baby, the products could only be purchased by their Japanese customers.
I know there are several fans of the collaboration that reside outside Japan and many were disappointed about the recent restriction.
To all the Japan-based shopping services out there, I was wondering what your thoughts are on non-Japan customers coming to you for a shopping service request to purchase a limited release item that has been restricted to Japanese customers only. Would you fulfill that request for the customer or would you wish to respect the wishes of the company to keep the product in Japan?
