Info on Baroque

So I've got a new dream dress that I desperately need in my life. I mean come on it's gorgeous. And there are rabbits, I cannot stress how much I love the rabbits. Classic lolita needs more rabbits.
Okay so here's where things get tricky; this dress is by the Korean Indie brand Baroque and I'm having a hard time getting any info on them, even from their website. I mean do they ship internationally? Do they only accept Paypal? What's the quality like? If anyone has bought from them before I'd love to hear about your experiences with this brand.
