Black Listed By Baby the Stars Shine Bright's Webstore?
Advice is greatly appreciated.
I'm new to the lolita community and just recently I purchased a JSK directly from Baby the Stars Shine Bright's Japanese Webstore. This would be my first brand name lolita item and I was very excited. Everything was going fine and everything was done correctly, and if I didn't do something correct it was resolved through email. Then the fact if the payment came up. The Paypal account I was paying from had a different email address than the one I had provided on the order form so I explained this to them through email. I made the payment to the provided Paypal account about three days after the conformation email. Paypal had sent me an email saying it had been confirmed and it even showed up on my Paypal account history that it was confirmed. I then sent them an email back saying that I had sent the payment. A few days later I received an email saying that they could not find my name or my email on their Paypal records saying that I had paid. So I emailed them back giving them another email address it could possibly have been, I also gave them the unique transaction ID and a couple of screen captures of my Paypal record that showed that I had paid and that it had been confirmed. Today I received an email saying that they still couldn't find any record that I had paid so they had canceled my order and told me I had been put on a black list and that it would be difficult to except any other orders from me. When I read this I went pale and felt sick to my stomach. I honestly don't know what to do? Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? Should I open a Paypal dispute? I don't blame them and I feel that it would be rude to do so, but I can't just give them $125 dollars? I feel like I'm at the end of my rope. Anyone have any advice?
PS: I'm sorry if I tagged this wrong or if something similar has already been posted. I'm not used to posting on LJ communities and I did look through old posts and check the tags, though I did not use the search function.
EDIT: I've sent another email to BtSSB that includes additional Information. If they do not reply in three days I'm opening a dispute. Hopefully everything ends up alright.
EDIT 10/25/12: So I've decided never to purchase anything from BtSSB EVER AGAIN! They finally refunded my money after about two weeks, but only after I started a dispute. Afterwards they sent me a very rude email saying that they could not expect "sincere correspondence" from me? （￣□￣；）Umm what? After that they then reminded me that my order was canceled and that I was blacklisted. This is the second email that they sent to me saying this. Was I supposed to send them another email after they sent me the first email saying that my order was canceled and I was black listed? I really don't know, all I know is that I will not be purchasing anything from them again. This whole experience has really upset me.
