Lolitas in Hertfordshire

I was just wondering and hoping that I'm not the only lolita in the Hertfordshire area! I know there are plenty in greater London, but I wanted to meet someone from Herts! I accidentally bumped into one in my own town (Stevenage!) but I haven't seen her since.
