Bodyline size question - Magical Cosmetics


Hello everyone, I've a little question.
I'm in love with this BL dress (Magical Cosmetics)
the last time I bought an OP the site said it was 80 cm of waist, but it was not true, it was 74cm and it goes perfect on me.
So, I would to know if the sizes of this OP are true and, if possible, I would like a flat measurement of the waist.
