Help a new loli with a kuro coord? ^^

Hi guys! ^^ I don't know if you remember me, but I am still searching for blouse I like for my sweet outfit. For now, I am working on this kuro coord and I need some help please. I have this JSK (with a petti of course), this blouse, and black tea parties.



I can't find anyone selling just a basic black headbow or OTKs, so if you could link me up to some (offbrand, handmade, second-hand that I missed), that would be stellar. I am also thinking about getting this black shawl/muffler set that I fell in love with. The problem is, would it look weird to wear something so wintery with short sleeves? Like should I wear a bolero / cardigan / coat if I want to wear the shawl and muffler? If you have any answers or concrit, I will be so so so thankful. :D Links are mucho appreciated. (: Sorry I am posting so much, being a new lolita is just kind of scary. xD
