I placed an order with Baby in July for their summer sale, I paid on August 1st. The problem is they wrote a malaysian address with my Canadian Address. How they cannot realize it doesn't make sense and mailed it out anyways is beyond me.
It was sent to Canada, but got lost, only I found out by the Canadian Sorting Center Supervisor, that it was sent back to Japan!
I contacted Baby, but they were on Vacation from the 10th to the 16th of August. They told me that they will re-ship it back to me when they receive the package.
The package arrived in Shibuya and an attempted delivery is written on the tracking on August 18. I sent multiple e-mails to email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com during the week of 18 to 24 August. There has been no updates if they ever picked up the package or any updates on when they will ship it back. I know the sale is still going on, they have new items listed. However they made the error, and I would expect a speedy re-ship.
I am also worried about my Paypal claim. Do I have 45 days to file it? If so, August 31st is coming up soon, and I do not want to lose out 260$USD of items.
Do you guys have any suggestions?
Should I keep e-mailing them? I'm scared my emails are ending up in their spam.
Should I file the Paypal claim? Is it 45 Business days or just regular days? Does that mean I should file something if I do not hear from them by next week?
Will sending them a fax help?
I am really upset and disappointed by Baby, if someone has any suggestions please let me know.I am really stressed out about this, since it's a lot of money.

We didn’t receive any notification about your package from the post office until
we called to the post office.
Your package will be delivered today.
So hopefully they will ship it today, and all of this will be over with.
Thanks for those who replied, I heard that Baby blacklist people, but I really wanted to buy directly from them and support them. I really didn't want to get Black Listed, but I didn't want to lose over 250$USD X___X I was also able to get in touch with a friend in Japan at the last minute, she was going to call them directly.
So I got a tracking number from Baby 12 hours ago, and it would not update. I hope they did not give me a bad number...First time it happens with me with Japan EMS. They also sent me a reply that I have to stop e-mailing them and that it takes 7 DAYS to reply. Considering my paypal claim, I find that unhelpful.
Also my emails ended up in their spam, since they didn't remove their subject headlines...
Anyways I am still waiting for the EMS tracking to update, it doesn't even say if they received it at a sorting center! Hopefully, by Monday I'll receive it, or I guess I'll file a Claim.
