Tell Us What You Think: Lolita Pastry Service

A friend and I wanted to start a Lolita-themed pastry service for the Tri-State Area in the US. Before we jump into anything serious we want to first feel out and see if there even is a niche to fill in the first place. Here's our pitch:

"Queen of Tarts is a NYC based bakery that caters specifically to the Lolita community. The cakes and cupcakes are designed to be an edible reflection of the beauty of Lolita fashion. Our baked goods are custom made & made to order to ensure that your Queen of Tarts experience is nothing short of sweet. Our baking is done in small batches with hand crafted designs to ensure that your sweet treats are just as unique as the Lolita fashion it is reflecting."

So, what we'd like from you guys and gals is your suggestions, even if you're an international Lolita who isn't anywhere near us--we appreciate your feedback regardless. :) In the comments section, please tell us about your preferences for:
