Broken Brand! Please help :(



I recently bought an Alice and the Pirates skirt from Closet Child and the zipper started to separate. I tried to take it off and the zipper broke. I am so upset and I really need help, this is my dream print and I really want to wear it to a meet in September. Not to mention the fact that my waistline does not appreciate what is being implied in this situation. I have herd that people take it to tailors to have it professionally replaced, but I don't know how that will effect the value. Can anyone help?
