Seeking an artist's help

After a long hiatus from thinking of anything related to starting my Lolita shop, I've started working at it again. (I took time away to help with costuming and such for a masquerade ball. Time-consuming, but it was a HUGE help with my sewing skills!) My question is this: I know what I want to do with my brand, and I have ideas for how it should look. My problem is I can't draw/design to a level that I would be happy with for a shop. Can someone here in the community help me with this? I am willing to reimburse for time and expenses.
