Bodyline Help!! I need to contact them!

Hello!!

I'm having a serious issue with Bodyline. If you remember, they had a "sale" where shipping was $10.00 for Air Mail, no matter the purchase price. Well, I took advantage of that and ordered several items. I bought them two months ago, and I still haven't received them.

I have the initial e-mail receipt. They said they would send me a tracking number, but never did. I knew these things took time, but after talking with people, I realized that 2 months was a long time to be waiting. I have emailed them on many occasions and have not received any word back. I cannot get in contact with them at all!! They still have my money, which is a sizable sum.

I tried filing a Paypal dispute, but it is too late. (The time period has passed.) They refuse to communicate with me. Does anyone know what I can do about this? Should I find someone to write them in Japanese? Does anyone have a contact there? Should I try calling Paypal and explaining my situation to them? At this point, I don't even care about getting the items. A refund would be just fine... again, this is a sizable amount of money.

Please, please help me! I've never had this happen to me. This was my first time ordering from Bodyline.
