The Kansas City Lolitas group would like to cordially invite you to "Inventing the Modern World: Decorative Arts at the World's Fairs" at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art!
When: August 10, 2012 at 5:30 pm
Where: The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art - 4525 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64111
Cost: $6 per exhibition ticket, $5 for parking, and extra money if you decide to join us for dinner.
Agenda
We will be meeting in the Bloch Lobby of the Museum at 5:30, and at 6:00 pm we will take a docent lead tour through the featured exhibit: "Inventing the Modern World: Decorative Arts at the World's Fairs." After that, we shall enjoy dinner and live music in the museum's Rozzelle Court. The rest of the museum is free of admission, so please feel free to explore!

Times are subject to change as we await confirmation from the museum for our docent lead tour. If we are unable to secure a tour, we will be able to take a self-guided tour instead, but we are hoping to have someone take us through the exhibit.
