Looking for Reno area EGL

Hiya! I just moved into Carson City and know of 1 other lolita. Since I'm new I thought the best way to make new friends is to search for Tahoe/Reno/Carson (etc) Lolitas through the EGL.

It'd be lovely to make some new friends! Maybe we could have tea some time. ^__^
