Any non-Lolita/offbrand shops/stores which sell Lolita-ish clothing?

Pretty much what the subject says. I think this is a pretty straight forward question. I know Forever 21 is known to have some cute blouses and such, but are there any other stores that I could easily walk into and try on in a mall that I'm not aware of? Remember, I live in the states and trying to avoid shopping online all the time. This is really for clothing (more so Blouses and tops, though if anyone knows where I can get some skirts as well that would be even better) and not minor such as socks/headdress/jewelry/etc.
