Bodyline Shoe Review

So, I purchased these shoes (#167, for those who don't know) in their patent black. Now, this is my first review on my first lolita purchase. Here we go!

So this is the package itself! I was sort of worried because holy damn, the box was beat to hell! No joke ^^;

However, I opened the box and saw that they were wrapped in tissue paper (thank god) and had tissue paper stuffed in them to keep their shape, plus the little rod that reaches from the front end of the shoe to the other.

So, here they are!

Absolutely adorable! I read a few reviews saying they would be plain looking but I honestly don't mind all too much. The stitching is perfect, nothing is falling apart. The only thing I'll complain about is that they were slightly dusty (probably from the fiber of the box as it crumpled and started to fall apart during shipping, if you get what I mean ^^;).

As for the design of the shoe itself, I would say that yes they are plain and no, the heel is neither too high nor too low. They give you a little bit of a lift but should definitely be comfy to walk in.

I have to say, even though I was worried about the size, I'm so glad I got the 24.5. If I got anything bigger, it would have been waaaaay too big. If I had gotten the 24, I feel like the strap would be too tight since I have a relatively high arch to my feet.
