No Invoice from Baby? SOLVED!
Good morning everyone! I looked in the memories but couldn't find the answer to my question so I'll ask it here. Last Monday I ordered a JSK from Baby's website. I'd ordered from them once before so I know the proceedure. They sent the confirmation and a few days later emailed about my address since I didn't have my zip with the 4-diget extension. I emailed back but them realized I's left out my country! I promply emailed them again apologizing for that and re-sending my address with the zip and country. It's been a week since I placed my order and no invoice.
Should I email them telling them I wasn't invoiced? Did my forgetting my country in the first email mess it up? The dress is now sold out on the site and I dont want my order to be canclled or to be blacklisted.
Any advice?
EDIT: After reading the comments, I am going to email Baby about not getting my invoice from another email account. If they are on a holiday from June 3 (which is the latest I was supposed to be invoiced) til the 6th, I won't expect a reply right away. However, with reguards to blacklisting: do they do it by a list of emails which is why some of you have recommended emailing them from a different email or...? Baby is my favorite brand so I don't want to be blacklisted! ;-;
