I haven't posted on here before but now I am faced with a really terrible situation. I hummed and hawwed over buying btssb shoes, they are the brown enamel ribbon ones. So I took the plunge...the problem, ems delivered them to the wrong address and someone already signed for them. :(
This is what I have done so far:
1) Contacted my local Canada Post where packages get normally dropped off. They did not recieve a package
2) I called the Canada post headquaters in Canada. They told me they could only see what I see and that Btssb would have to open up an investigation with the Japan Post....
3) Noticed that the person that signed for the package was an R. Frost, my friend and I tracked down some phone numbers under the same name. I have called them, two were dead numbers, one I left a message and one there was no answer. I plan to call them again at lunch.
I have also debated emailing Btssb in japan. Is this a good idea?
Should I also call EMS?
Call the Shibuya post?
What other action should I take if any?
I paid $200 for these shoes and I would hate to not recieve them...
