Mexican TV Show "Miss XV" is stealing AP's Designs?

I just found an interesting Tumblr post, about a mexican TV show which is stealing Angelic Prettys designs!
(I didn't find any post about this here in EGL..)

They are cutting the dresses shorter and telling it's their own fashion named "Cupcake Fashion".

I don't know what to say...your opinion?
