AP questions- Fit and Second-hand pricing

Hello, lovelies. :3

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I'm trying to find out (to no avail through comm_sales it seems,) to find about how much AP's French Cafe print goes for second-hand. I'm looking at the Chest Ribbon JSK in blue, and the skirt, also in blue.




I'm not sure of the popularity of the blue or the chest ribbon style, so I hope someone can help me out! I also would be looking for the socks to match, but they are less pressing and second-hand socks all end up roughly the same price.

Also, I had purchased AP's Merry Making Party OP a while back, and found the fit to be rather infuriating. The dress fit fine in sleeves, bust, waist, length, etc. (fully shirred back,) but I had huge problems with it sitting awkwardly on my torso! I'm small (34" bust, 26" waist, 36" hip) and by all means fit into AP just fine based on measurements. I have a short torso, which should also have aided in my cause, but no matter how many times I pulled it down, the OP's waistline would ride up to become an empire-waist fit. Would I have the same problem with the JSK? I am really hoping to buy this dress, and would rather not find the same problem occurring. Does anyone know why that was happening? And can you lay my fears to rest about the JSK?
