A pair of Lolita photos
This last weekend, I attended a Steampunk/Victoriana convention down in San Diego (my home turf). As it was my birthday weekend, I figured I would go dressed in a couple of my Lolita outfits. I had a lot of fun, got a lot of compliments, and had a couple photos taken.
My Friday outfit. The red is an AP that I bought secondhand from the sales community (and have never been able to find on Hellolace or anywhere else). I absolutely love this outfit.
My Saturday outfit. The black is a Putumayo I bought new from the sales community. Looking at the pic full-sized, I didn't realize how shiny my skin got over the course of the day. (The photo was taken at around 3-4 in the afternoon on a warm day.) I still look nice and low-key, as I always like to look in Lolita, but the makeup look makes me go 'WTF'. (I normally wear a small hat, but I didn't have one with me that flattered this dress due to space considerations.)
