Privacy Concerns - Stolen Photos

It's come to my attention that a number of people have had their photographs stolen and posted on a blog called Lolita TG Caps. These pictures are accompanied by what appears to be non-sexually-explicit "sissification" fetish-type writing. (That's a warning, but like I said, there not really anything too graphic so far.)

Disclaimer: IANAL - I am not a lawyer so my advice cannot be construed as legal counsel, and people who have been targeted may have no actual legal recourse, but I've tried to be somewhat diligent and give the best advise I can via googling what rights may or may not be being infringed here.

I'm assuming that most of these photographs were used without permission, so if you or anyone you know has been targeted, please go to that blog link, click "Report Abuse" at the upper left hand corner. I believe that only the people who have been targeted can actually report. You can either select Libel/Defamation/Slander as the blog entries are making the claim that the pictured people are crossdresses/men in women's clothing, or your picture is being used and you have reserved all rights on that photo somewhere such as flikr, you can also claim Copyright/Piracy issues.

One person has already commented on the blog asking to have their photo removed several months ago, and it is still there so please use the Report Abuse function as that will most likely be the speediest way to have the blog removed.

This, of course, cannot guarantee that the blogger will not do it again, but it could discourage him/her. However, looking through the blogger "Katie M."'s other blogs, I found this so it could be that these blogs have all been abandoned and now the only way for the pictures/blog to be removed is to report it.

I hope this is helpful, and does not cause too much distress for those who have been targeted.
