Bodyline confirmation letter

I have got a problem with my Bodyline order
I made an order 2 weeks ago, and it was written on site, that they sent me a confirmation letter.
The problem is that that email was deleted, so i can not open that letter
Was that important to open the confirmation letter or they could send me my items without that?
I tried to contact them, but they did not respond mu emails :(
