Yahoo! Japan Question

Hey,

So I have been watching this set on Y!Japan for the last few weeks waiting for a pay where I had the money to pay a SS in full to get it and it was finished 3 days before (no one bid) I was wondering how often things got relisted on Y!Japan and if there was any way for a SS to contact the seller to say I want to buy it and will pay the highest price she had it for sale on there for?
