Hello! Just thought I'd do a review on the Korean store called Pinkage. They specialize in wigs and extensions (both human hair and synthetic), but also carry circle lenses and other beauty supplies. I'll just be going over the wigs :)
I cut off all of my hair last year and it's been taking foreverrr to grow out to it's original length. I've been too nervous to buy extensions since I've been dying my hair like crazy (bleached, pink, dark brown, light brown....) so I decided to go with a wig! Since this was my first one, I decided to splurge a bit.
✿ Their plain synthetic fiber is a kanekalon fiber. It's high quality, but not heat resistant! I believe this is what a lot of the wigs over on Taobao and Priscilla use (please correct me if I'm wrong!)
✿ Their lex synthetic fiber is an upgraded version of their plain synthetic fiber with a special coating to reduce tangling. It is heat resistant (up to 140 degrees celcius).
✿ Their mixed synthetic fiber is a mix of the plain (kanekalon) and lex fiber. It is not heat resistant!
✿ Their supreme lex synthetic fiber is top notch! It is heat resistant (up to 180 degree celcius).
✿ They also have human hair, but I don't know much about them, sorry!
I placed an order for this wig (I got it in chocolate brown with the "lex" synthetic fiber) on March 9th. I did have to contact them multiple times to get the status on my order, which took them forever. They finally shipped it on March 27th through EMS and I received it on March 29th!
Huge box! When I went to the door to greet the mailman, I was like "wtf is this???"
Each wig comes with a free wig set, which includes a wig hanger, a wig brush, hairpins, a net, a comb (I got an alligator clip instead), and a little booklet about their other wigs! Everything is individually wrapped.

I love it!! It's very long and thick, and the texture is really nice too. My wig is a litttllee bit darker than the photos. Their swatches on the website are pretty accurate! I was really happy to have a nice dark brown without it appearing black indoors. I also like how there is no parting in the wig!

Me with the wig~ It lost a little bit of it's shine when I washed it, but it should be okay if you use conditioner (I didn't). I was in my pajamas all day and didn't really have time to spruce up before putting the wig on ;_; The bangs can be parted either way, or left straight (you'd have to cut it though).

I LOVE their wigs so much! It's very soft and I haven't had problems with it tangling. If it did knot up at the bottom, I'd just gently brush it out and it'd be fine. I haven't tried to use any heating irons on it to style (I've only used a blowdryer to set the bangs), so I'll update this again when I do!
EDIT: After holding my breath and praying, I tested hot tools on the wig, and confirmed that they are indeed heat resistance! I've set my curling irons and flat irons at a medium setting and the wig was just fine.

Everything was neatly packaged inside a sturdy box! Nothing was broken or damaged, and every thing was wrapped in plastic.

They took forever to prepare my wig and to ship it (20 days). The website states that it takes 7-11 for delivery... More like 7-11 days to prepare the product and another 7-11 days to send it out. My wig was at the "preparing product" stage for over 2 weeks. I contacted them through their customer bbs and they messaged me a week later.
Overall I'm very happy with my wig! It's very close to my natural hair color so I'll be wearing this for a looonnggg time until my hair grows out. I may buy another one of their wigs when I have the money!
