I wanted to buy stuff on taobao so I decided to use taobaonow. But I'm having a problem with them at the moment.
I got the first automated e-mail saying they got my order and blah blah blah. Then I got the second e-mail with a link to my order and this message :
Please login at TaobaoNow.com and go to "Your Orders" page and click the small mail icon next to each message to acknowledge your receipt.
If you wish to respond, please add your response directly into your order. Do not reply to this email address regarding your order as this is a system email and email replies will not be recorded. Replying at "Your Orders" page will ensure that you get timely and accurate response from us.
So I did as they said. Once on the page, I saw taobaonow's terms and the little box you have to check to say you agree. Then, the payment buttons. Well, this is where my problem starts. I thought there was a paypal option. But there's apparently not? This is strange, 'cause in some older reviews I saw there was a paypal button. Anyway, my fault, I should've checked before. I decided (well, I didn't have much choice) to pay with my mastercard. So I click on the Visa/Mastercard button (they're the same), and... there's only an option to pay with Visa O________o I cannot pay with my mastercard, even if they say in their FAQ they accept mastercard (the button is even on the order page!). So I decide to send them an e-mail... search for their address... search search search... go in the FAQ again... see "the e-mail address is in the live support section"... WHICH live support section?? I cannot find it at all. Am I stupid or this is shit? Or are they supposed to send me a third e-mail with the invoice? (I guess not, as the payment buttons are on my orders page...)
