Wrist cuffs at Claires?

Wrist cuffs! At Claires! In the MALL! ...Needless to say I was pretty darn surprised when I saw them, just for the simple fact that I've never personally seen wrist cuffs worn outside of Lolita and to see such a Lolita item in the MALL was awesome! What do the rest of you think of this? :)
