AP International website problem - SOLVED
I placed an order through AP's International site, but the shop has gotten back to me saying that one headbow is out of stock and they're waiting for me to pay shipping. Thing is, I already paid shipping when I first bought the items.
I replied to the email with my paypal transaction number, left a message on their contact board (to the International Shipping Centre about payment), and today again replied to their message asking for shipping payment on their contact board. I have not received any replies, but the site did say to wait three days.
uhhh, is this normal? I'm guessing that there may be some kind of bureaucratic red tape between their payment department and shipping department, but I don't want them to cancel my order. If anyone's been in this position, how was it solved? I'm considering paying them just to get my items, but actually they owe me a refund for the out-of-stock headbow, it just feels wrong to give them more money to get my stuff. What's going on here?
Update!
Got a reply this morning that says AP will refund the headbow and that my items will ship as soon as they arrive at the shipping center. I guess they're just really slow with responses after all!
Update again:
Got another email confirming my payment for shipping. I think everything should be okay now.
