Question about Oo Jia's shipping time
My girlfriend ordered a black Puppet Circus on November 19 and paid half around Nov 27, she said she sent in on Jan 25, even before I paid the other half (is that something she usually does? It is a little bit weird).
She said shipping would take more or less 20 days, but I still don't receive it, I'm asking about it and she says there's a delay in every parcel to the US, is anybody else in this situation? Or maybe I'm just too anxious? She just sent it before the chinese new year, so that may be the reason for the delay, but she gives me so little information I can't help but feel frustrated.
Should I wait? Or ask for a refund? I'm sorry I have so much questions, but it's the first time I commission something overseas, and since it is my girlfriend's money on the game I don't want to take risks. Thanks in advance!
