Loli Seamstress Recommendations?

The title says it all, but I'll clarify! Some of you may remember back in December when I posted asking for insta-coord advice because my boyfriend was going to propose--and he did!! X) Now we're starting to plan the actual wedding, and while this is something that won't be happening for a couple of years due to funds and our living situation, I'd like to start looking at designing a dress with the help of a loli seamstress or two! That's why I'm not posting this as a WTB/WTC in the sales comm--it's not happening anytime soon, and I want some suggestions. As I'm a bit on the chubby side, busty, and very curvy, I will very likely have to have a custom-tailored dress. All the wedding dresses I've seen in magazines and on recently-married friends are either cut for teensy-tiny skinny girls with no curves or are empire-waist dresses that make them look horribly pregnant (hint to big girls: YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOOK PREGNANT! THAT'S NOT THE DEFAULT I SWEAR!). So I come to you, EGL, as you gave me great advice last time! ♥

Can anyone recommend a seamstress (or tailor!) who has made you EGL clothing that you absolutely love? Someone who doesn't mind bigger projects? My dress budget will likely be between five and seven hundred USD, though I may have some flex by the time the wedding rolls around, and I can do a payment plan. I do recall that someone here a couple years back posted pictures from her lolified wedding and her dress was custom-tailored for her by someone from this comm, if I recall correctly.
