Help with wig please!!

Hello! Gah, I've been meaning to get a wig stand, but now my lolita wig has a tangle in it, and I'm panicking. This is my first wig, I don't want to ruin it or anything. May I ask how to get a tangle out of these wigs and keep it from getting frizzy?? Tips from the pros! Thanks!
