I recently ordered one of my dream dresses (Vanilla-chan op in pink) from Alice Fururun.
I ordered the Vanilla-chan op trough the shopping basket with the use of the egl guide. I immediately got an automated reply, followed by the international invoice a few days later.
At the paypal comments I asked them to lower the price of the dress to 1800 yen to avoid customs (I also emailed the same question). This was my first time ordering from them, so I was quite nervous when all I got in the end was a mail stating the track and trace number.
I was really happy when my mom messaged me that I was not hit by customs, as Fururun did mark the price down to 1800 yen.
Overall:
communication: 3/5 (it would have been nice to get a confirmation, but they did as I asked)
shipping: 5/5
I would definitely buy from Alice Fururun again. They do not have the great service of Closet-Child, but they do have good prices and nice items.
